ORDERING INFORMATION
• Orders ship via UPS or FedEx ground unless specified. Shipping and handling are not included in the price.
• Shipping charges will be added to the final invoice at time of processing. Shipping is billed at the actual rate charged by the carrier.
• Minimum opening order and reorder amount is $300
• Orders from new accounts must be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) or prepaid by ACH. For ACH payment instructions, please contact us at support@verducollection.com or 925-528-3738.
• New accounts are subject to approval by Verdu or the local sales representative.
• Orders are normally shipped within 1 – 3 business days. Orders from trade shows may take slightly longer.
• Internet resellers, including Amazon and eBay, must be pre-approved. Failure to obtain pre-approval for online sales will result in ceased shipping of orders.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Verdu guarantees products against manufacturer’s defects for 2 years.
• Batteries and/or light bulbs are not included with products.
• Pricing and product availability subject to change without notice.
• Drop ship orders are accepted. A charge of $15 per shipment applies.
RETURNS
• All returns must be authorized. Please contact our support team for return authorization.
• Return authorization will only be given for damaged or defective products.
• Unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee also applies to refused shipments.
